The Alpha is a lightweight, hydroformed 2.5” stainless steel muffler, designed for riders who want a balance of refined sound, modern aesthetics, and adjustable volume. Whether you're setting up a modern or classic sports bike, or an everyday commuter, the Alpha delivers a smooth, resonant tone with the flexibility to switch from moderate volume to full-throated aggression in seconds.
Each Alpha starts as a stainless steel tube, hydroformed under extreme pressure into its natural upswept shape. This minimizes welds, reducing stress points and improving overall strength and acoustic performance. Finished with vapor blasting for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance, it offers both a sleek look and a long service life.
With the baffle installed, the Alpha keeps volume around 3dB above stock, making it ideal for long-distance touring and daily riding. Removing the quick-release baffle increases flow and raises volume by approximately 5dB, unleashing a deeper, more aggressive note while enhancing top-end power.
