Swapping out the bulky factory muffler for this high-performance slip-on instantly transforms your triple’s character. You’ll shed multiple kilos, unlock sharper top-end performance, and finally give that 675 engine the aggressive, burbling soundtrack it deserves.
Designed specifically for the 2013–2016 Street Triple and Daytona models, the Flanker offers an aggressive modern aesthetic. The lightweight 304 stainless shell is capped with gloss twill carbon fibre that pairs perfectly with Triumph’s OEM carbon panels, particularly on the Daytona 675R.
Once fitted, the result is a noticeable improvement in power delivery, throttle response, and visual styling — all without overwhelming volume. A removable baffle insert gives you control over your tone and decibel level, making it ideal for street and track use.

Installation Instructions
Installation is straightforward and requires only basic tools. Here’s a step-by-step:
Remove your factory muffler via the rear mounting bolt.
Slip the included link pipe onto your header outlet. Leave the clamp slightly loose for adjustment.
Bolt the S-bend bracket to your stock muffler mount (snug fit only for now). This bracket will contour into place once tightened at both ends.
Fit the Flanker muffler to the link pipe. Adjust to your desired position — under the peg or tucked in near the swingarm.
Rotate the S-bend bracket to align with the muffler mount. Insert and tighten the rear bolt as the bracket flexes into position.
Attach tension springs from the muffler to the link pipe, then torque all bolts and clamps.
Install time is approx. 10 minutes.

No ECU tune is required, but a fuel remap is recommended for optimal top-end performance and throttle feel
