CROSSER CARBON FATBAR
Kelpi Crosser Handlebars – Lightweight Precision, Unmatched Control
Engineered for premium motorcycle builds, the Kelpi Crosser Handlebar is an entirely carbon composite fatbar delivering an uncompromising and market leading blend of lightweight performance, strength, and control. Weighing in at just 220g, these laid carbon fibre superbike bars offer one of the highest strength-to-weight ratios on the market, giving riders effortless cornering, reduced arm pump, and increased steering precision. When paired with our Hindsight mirrors, the total weight savings against a stock handlebar, bar end weight and mirror setup on an XSR700 exceeds 2.5kg. While this isn’t unsprung weight, reducing mass on the steering head bearings improves flick-ability, requiring less force to manoeuvre while enhancing overall bike control.
Designed for Performance & Comfort
The Crosser handlebars maintain a comfortable upright riding position while delivering a cleaner, low visual profile. We have used carbon composite materials, through a closed-mould process to construct a variable wall thickness handlebar that is reinforced in key stress points, particularly around the bends. This will ensure incredible durability and impact resistance in a wide range of applications. We’ve tested the Crosser handlebars on everything from dirt bikes to high-power road machines like the VMAX 1700. In scenarios where traditional alloy or steel bars would bend or snap, the carbon fibre construction provides superior resilience, often outlasting even the handlebar risers and triple trees in big off-road stacks.
Technical Specifications
Weight - 220g
Material - Carbon Fibre
Width: 720mm
Height: 100mm
Rise Length: 160mm
Fatbar Dimensions:
28mm (1+1/8") center diameter
23mm (7/8") end diameter (compatible with standard controls & grips)
Fitment Notes
Please note that, at 720mm wide, these are a fairly narrow width that may not be suitable for certain new bike models with oversized switchblock controls like the 2022 XSR900 and Husqvarna 401. For bikes like these, we can machine up alloy extensions that will work with our Hindsight mirrors with extended mounting hardware, and we recommend reaching out to us via email for this as there is a machining surcharge.
As the handlebar shape is only slightly slimmer in profile to many stock super naked handlebars (Ducati Monsters, Yamaha MT range, Triumph Triples etc), these bars rarely require changes in throttle, clutch and brake cables when being fitted.
Upgrade Your Ride with Confidence
Whether you're looking for a stronger, lighter, and more responsive handlebar upgrade or simply refining the stance and handling of your build, the Striker Crosser Handlebars deliver on every front.
