Design & Comfort
Handmade in Brisbane using premium automotive fabrics, foams, and threads, our seat trims are crafted for both comfort and durability. We’ve refined the lines of the seat to flow seamlessly with the tank and subframe, enhancing the bike’s aggressive stance while keeping a clean and modern aesthetic.
A 24mm dual-density foam insert is stitched into the rider’s seat, adding 40% more thickness than stock, translating to hours of additional ride comfort. Shorter riders can opt for a 12mm single-layer insert, allowing for a lower profile without the need to sacrifice cushioning. Stitching & Colour Options
Each trim is designed to complement the factory colour schemes, adding a refined yet factory-matched look.
Baja Orange – Twin-stitched black and charcoal diamonds, black suede, black long-grain vinyl, and a Baja Orange detail stitch.
Cosmic Yellow – Twin-stitched black and charcoal diamonds, black suede, black long-grain vinyl, and a Cosmic Yellow detail stitch.
Carnival Red – Twin-stitched black and charcoal diamonds, black suede, black long-grain vinyl, and a Carnival Red detail stitch.
Classic Black & Charcoal – Twin-stitched black and charcoal diamonds, black suede, black long-grain vinyl, with a subtle Charcoal detail stitch.

Provenance is at the core of everything we build. Every Kelpi comfort seat is handmade to order in Brisbane using only the best materials:
American Carrera distressed vinyl – for durability and a refined, supple finish.
Italian Dinamica synthetic suede – premium grip and texture, built for all-weather resilience.
Australian Dunlop foams – density-tuned for long-distance comfort without unnecessary bulk.
Coats waxed cotton threads – Australian-made for UV resistance and long-term durability.
Fitment & Installation
Available as a single-seat or dual-seat trim, depending on whether you’re running a pillion seat pan or a racing cowl, this trim can be installed in as little as 15 minutes with a 6mm air-powered staple gun. For those less inclined to install themselves, local upholsterers can provide professional fitting for a small fee. We tend to love this option, as you’ll get perfect fitment whilst also getting an unbiased professional opinion on the quality of upholstery that we do. Since we started Kelpi, we’re yet to hear of any trimmer who hasn’t been impressed by our work.
