TRIUMPH 765/660 STREET TRIPLE SLIP-ON EXHAUST (2017-2022)
Elevate your Triumph triple with our meticulously crafted slip-on exhausts, designed to reduce unnecessary weight and enhance both performance and exhaust acoustics. Experience the exhilarating deep burble that embodies Triumph’s middleweight triples, celebrated as some of the top performers in their class.
The Flanker muffler, our lightest variant, delivers significant peak power gains alongside an aggressive exhaust note, featuring a single removable baffle for customization. The Alpha muffler complements the Street Triple’s curvaceous design and offers modular volume control with both inlet and outlet baffles, providing four distinct sound profiles to suit your preference.
Even beginners can install the exhaust using basic hand tools. The ECU adapts to the increased exhaust flow without requiring additional tools, using the Adaptations Reset method described here. While we recommend performing an Adaptations Reset for the smoothest idle, both exhaust options can be safely installed and ridden without any ECU adjustments.
Includes:
Link pipe
Springs
Removable baffle insert
Muffler selection
Spring puller tool
Hanger bracket
Clamps and mounting hardware
Key Features:
Kelpi Flanker Muffler: Lighter, louder, and significantly deeper exhaust note, delivering peak performance gains.
Kelpi Alpha Muffler: A longer pipe with a balanced note, featuring a removable end-cap baffle and internal baffle for unmatched versatility.
Installation: Exhaust system installation, including removal of the stock system, can be done in about 10 minutes using basic tools (HEX set, sockets, wrenches, etc.).
Remove the existing muffler by loosening the rear mounting bolt and the V-band clamp at the merge collector.
Slide the link pipe onto the merge collector outlet without tightening the clamp to allow for positional adjustments.
Bolt the included black powder-coated bracket onto the inside of the rear stock muffler mounting point using the stock bolt and the supplied nyloc M8 nut, keeping it lightly hand-tight to allow for rotation.
Note: The bracket mounts inside the frame muffler mount and remains discreetly hidden from a side view of the bike.
Slide the muffler onto the link pipe and align the muffler hanger with the hanger bracket, adjusting the link pipe rotation and bracket until they align.
Use the supplied fasteners (316 stainless bolt, washer, nyloc nut, and alloy cap washer) to secure the hanger and bracket lightly.
Fit the muffler springs using the included spring puller tool, then tighten the muffler hanger bolts securely.
Torque the link pipe clamp securely, positioning it at the muffler’s end to ensure a proper seal.
Customization: Customization is in our DNA. We offer custom variants for these bikes, including bespoke link pipes, Cerakoted finishes, and prototype muffler variants. Our standard version exhausts offer excellent value for money, while custom-made variations are priced according to the brief.
