KAWASAKI W800 CUSTOM SEAT TRIM (2011-2025)

Designed specifically for the Kawasaki W800, our custom comfort seat trim enhances the classic and custom aesthetics of the bike while improving long-distance comfort and durability. The W800 is quite possibly the most truly classic British style bike still on the market, with both the styling and engine design being entirely period correct. With a 360 degree crank and a bevel gear driven camshaft, it’s hard to beat as a daily, and is an exceptional base for customisation. To fit this, we have created a seat to suit fit this true classic to improve comfort and and add a touch of custom stying to the mix.
Each trim is handmade to order in Brisbane using premium automotive-grade materials, and includes a latex-backed 12mm comfort foam insert stitched into the rider’s area. The updated insert lines are tailored to the W800’s classic seat profile, with a distinctive borderless diamond stitched insert panel that blends into the rear of the bike, offering a refined custom look while preserving the original silhouette.

Fitment & Installation
Sold as a cover only, designed to replace your stock seat cover. Installation is simple and can be done at home with an air-powered 6mm staple gun, following our video guide below. Alternatively, we encourage supporting a local upholsterer if you'd prefer a professional install—fitment will always be spot on, and it's a great way to keep your money within the local trade community.
