For those who love it, we’ve created a custom range of Kelpi seat covers to suit the new generation. Each cover is handmade in Brisbane using top quality automotive fabrics, foams and threads ensuring a seat which is built to withstand any adventure you throw it’s way. With all Kelpi seats, updating the trim wont just improve the look of the bike but also the feel; foam inserts with densities specific to your weight are sewn into each cover, meaning you’ll be more comfortable than ever on the bike.
Trim Only - we’ll send you a new trim to recover your seat in the existing shape.
This product utilises the stock seat shape, which is ideal for clients who are purchasing aftermarket seat cowl options as it’s guaranteed to sit flush. Whilst being much cheaper on shipping, it’s also great for international clients who don’t mind the stock seat’s shape, but would like a more unique design with customisable levels and densities of foam to fix the woeful comfort of the stock seat.
Seat Unit + Trim - we’ll send you a new seat with trim installed
We use genuine Yamaha units so this is an easy swap and go for those that are happy with the shape but wanting to upgrade style and comfort while being guaranteed the perfect install by our team.
Fitment: 2022 - 2024 XSR900 - please note this is not compatible with the XSR900GP.

Blackout - Black vinyl with a ribbed black suede insert and black stitch
New England - Chocolate vinyl with a diamond stitch black suede insert and matching stitch
Flinders - Black vinyl and suede outer with a charcoal suede, diamond stitch insert and matching stitch
We base the foam additions on your height and weight as part of the made to measure services we offer. That said, you are able to modify the foam insert size, materials, stitching colours and insert patterns if you’d prefer to go down the custom route - if anything, we welcome custom design requests.
