The XSR700 custom trim was the very first design that kicked off our journey at Kelpi, and today, it’s seen on unique XSRs all over the world. Designed to cleanly integrate with the bike’s tank and subframe lines, our seat trims deliver a refined, tailored look while enhancing comfort with a latex-backed 12mm foam inlay, giving an instantly noticeable plushness as soon as you sit down.
Every trim is handmade in Brisbane using top-tier automotive fabrics and threads, ensuring a high-quality finish that complements your build. With a range of styles to suit different XSR700 models, our seat covers offer an effortless way to elevate both the aesthetics and ride feel of your bike.
Signature Styles
The Simpson – Bright, vibrant tan vinyl with cream twin-stitched diamond inserts, inspired by a 1979 Land Rover replica trim. A bold, vintage choice, perfect for the 2017–2018 Forest Green and Garage Metal models.
The Nullarbor – Distressed, matte brown vinyl with a rugged, custom feel. The Nullarbor is the more paired back of our brown seats and works across a bunch of different paint schemes.
The Glorious – Full black suede with charcoal twin-stitched diamond inserts. With a subtle, high-end texture, this trim is an understated yet sophisticated option that pairs seamlessly with any styled XSR700.
The Oxley – A two-tone mix of black suede and vinyl, featuring charcoal twin-stitched diamond inserts. A timeless black-on-black trim that refines the XSR’s silhouette while maintaining a clean, premium aesthetic.

American Carrera distressed vinyl – Long-lasting, weather-resistant, and rich in texture.
Italian Dinamica synthetic suede – Soft-touch, fade-resistant, and engineered for automotive use.
Australian Dunlop foams – Designed for long-ride comfort and tailored to each rider’s weight.
British Coats waxed cotton threads – For exceptional durability and UV/weather resistance.
Every seat trim is made to order by hand in our Brisbane workshop, ensuring each piece is tailored with precise craftsmanship. For those after a fully custom trim—whether it's taller dual-density foam, different materials, or alternative stitching patterns (diamonds, ribs, ridgeback, etc.)—we offer bespoke services to match your exact vision.
Installation & Fitment
Designed for easy fitment, our seat trims replace the stock cover in just 15 minutes with an air-powered 6mm staple gun. For guidance, follow our Installation Video Guide. For those who prefer professional fitment, any local automotive or furniture upholsterer can install the cover for a small fee—an excellent way to support local businesses while ensuring a flawless fit.
