YAMAHA XSR700 LED HEADLIGHT CONVERSION KIT (2016-2021)
Our Kelpi XSR700 LED Headlight Conversion is a plug and play kit for the Yamaha XSR700 (2016-2021), improving your night riding vision considerably. The kit replaces the bulky halogen front headlight and indicators with cleaner higher performing Blindsider and Clearway units, whilst getting rid of the overly long and bulky stock headlight, indicators and headlight brackets.
From the H4 headlight connector, through to the plug and play indicators, we've designed this conversion kit to be as easy to fit up as possible. We've pre-fitted the headlight unit into the bucket, with everything else required explained in a video install guide.
The Cleaway 7" headlight is fitted up to a powdercoated slimline 7" bucket. From there, taking inspiration from the first gen XSR900s, we've CNC'd up beautiful lightweight alloy brackets that fit up to your existing headlight mounting points with some 316 Stainless counter sunk fasteners, with mounts for the indicators to sit cleanly. These brackets fix the mounting position of the headlight to be as close into the frame as possible for European and Australian delivered models (fitted with immobilisers around the ignition barrel), whilst still being a tucked in fitment for American delivered XSR700's (without immobilisers). Available with either brushed alloy or satin black powder coated headlight brackets.

XSR700 specific (16-21) machined alloy headlight brackets in satin black powder coat or brushed alloy finish
LED Blindsider front indicators
Yamaha 'Plug & Play' indicator connector adapters
Please note this kit isn't designed for the 22+ XSR700 with LED Headlights as standard, as these run different 6-pin headlight connectors, with power for lights run directly through the ECU.
